The system is the service.
Anyone can staff a building for thirty days. Eight disciplines
are what hold a standard in month eighteen.

Service commitments
What we commit to in writing.
Most environmental services contracts describe intentions. Ours carry commitments with numbers attached, written into the agreement rather than into a brochure.
A dedicated housekeeping manager on site, with the weekly hours named in the agreement
Urgent response — spills, incidents and biohazard calls answered within a stated time during covered hours
Callout coverage — an open shift filled within a stated window, at our cost, with no agency charge passed through
Staffing floor — total weekly hours stated by position and shift, and not reduced without written agreement
Monthly audit scored against a stated threshold, with a defined cure period if it is missed
Records produced on request within a stated window, including during a survey
Monthly report delivered by a stated date each month
Named escalation path above the site manager, with a response commitment
The eight disciplines
Seven hold the standard. The eighth proves it.
Transition & Startup
The first ninety days decide the next three years.
Training, In-Service & Safety
Nobody works in your facility untrained.
Infection Prevention
The method, not a module.
Compliance & Survey Readiness
Ready on an ordinary Tuesday.
Workforce & Screening
Cleared before the first shift, in every state.
Systems & Documentation
If it is not written down, it did not happen.
Quality & QAPI
Housekeeping data belongs in your quality program.
What We Measure
The numbers we report every month.
Start here
Tell us what your facility needs.
We walk the facility with your administrator, director of nursing or environmental services director, review the current scope, the linen position, the condition of the floors and the state of the documentation, and put the whole scope in writing.
