The environment is where survey findings start. A room that was not turned over properly. Linen that is stained or threadbare. A pest sighting nobody logged. A strip and wax job that left residue on a corridor full of walkers. None of it is billed as a clinical failure, and all of it lands on the facility.
At the same time, housekeeping is the hardest department in the building to hold together. Wages are at the bottom of the wage scale, turnover is the highest in the building, supervision is thin, and the administrator ends up managing housekeepers in between everything else that cannot wait.

Every Prestige account has its own housekeeping manager on site. Not a regional supervisor covering nine buildings from a truck. They build the schedule, run the in-services, walk the rooms, hold the linen pars, keep the logs, and answer to a regional director who is in your building regularly and knows it by name.

Compliance
Screened, trained, and on the record.
Every assigned employee clears Level 2 background screening — a fingerprint-based state and national criminal history check — before a first shift. Every one is trained on infection prevention, bloodborne pathogens and chemical safety, and re-trained on an in-service calendar we maintain and you can inspect at any time.

We do not run floating crews. Your facility gets an assigned team on defined shifts. When someone is out, coverage comes from staff already trained on your building and already cleared for it — not whoever was available.
All-inclusive contracts
One monthly price. The whole environment.
Daily resident room and common area cleaning. Facility linen and resident personal laundry. A scheduled floor care program. Exterior pressure washing. Window cleaning. Project and deep cleaning cycles. Most contracts price these separately and bill them as they come up, which is how they end up deferred. Ours does not.
